PVDF extruded sheets have good chemical corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, aging resistance, processability, and resistance to fatigue and creep. They have higher stiffness and pressure resistance than similar polytetrafluoroethylene and can meet long-term use at 150 ℃. PVDF board is a material used for lining chemical equipment, fluid treatment pipelines, and other equipment, as well as for storage tanks and heat exchangers. Its excellent performance enables the lined equipment to meet TOCS and flame retardant requirements. PVDF has been widely used in the storage and transportation of pure chemicals in the semiconductor industry.

The main characteristics of PVDF extruded sheet:

2. Smooth surface with low friction coefficient.

3. Good dimensional stability and corrosion resistance can be maintained between -30 ℃ and 150 ℃ temperatures.

4. Good mechanical properties, good aging resistance, and UV resistance.

5. Easy to weld, heat form, and other machining.

6. High insulation resistance and strength.

7. Low flammability.
